Curry-Style Chicken and Spinach
I think this was a great quick and easy meal. I used fresh spinach instead and made it more soupy/creamy by adding more heavy cream and some cornstarch. I also used less chicken that the recipe called for but it turned out great over some rice. My husband loved it.
