Lemon Pepper Pasta Seafood
It was very easy to make. There was way too much shrimp though. Half the shrimp the recipe calls for is sufficient. Not too strong of a lemon taste. Could be good or bad depending on your taste.

Christmas Cranberry Salad
I don't see what all the rave is about. And neither did my family (adults and kids!). I followed the recipe exactly and was disappointed by the results. Will definitely not make this again.

Chicken Enchiladas I
Very yummy! It was easy to make too! I used enchilada saunce instead of taco sauce and it was excellent! I don't really like onions and I think this recipe called for too much onion, but over all, these enchiladas were great!
