Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
This recipe makes great turkey, and is very easy - I made it last year when I was sick and not up for fussing over a turkey for three hours, so I basically just stuck it in the oven and it came out great. I was, however, disappointed in the gravy. I thickened the cooking liquid and it was okay, but I really like richer pan gravy better. If you're a big gravy lover like me, you may be disappointed, but if you're more interested in an easy, great tasting bird this is a great recipe.

Decadent Pumpkin Muffins
really good - I used plain yogurt, whole eggs, and orange juice for the water. I used pumpkin pie spice instead of the individual ones (2 teaspoons for a half recipe) and I thought it was overpowering, I'd use about half that next time. My picky 3 year old loved these, said they "tasted like sweet sweet cake." Since this is the closest she's come to an orange vegetable in a while, I'll definitely make these again!

Classic Bran Muffins
These are really, really great! Probably the best bran muffin I've ever had. They are best fresh, but reheat pretty well. My toddler also loved them and called them cupcakes - you can't beat that!
