Grilled Chicken Salad Sandwich
Wonderful! I prepared this for a group of friends who totally loved it, and today I'm sending them the recipe. Besides being great for sandwiches, it would also be great on crackers.

Potato Salmon Patties
Tonight I prepared Potato Salmon Patties and they were Super! With the combination of seasonings, makes it a very flavorful patty. Also, because it was so simple to prepare, I liked it even more!
