I am a happily married mother of two teens. I have a ton of hobbies, plus a full time job, two large vegetable gardens, and flower gardens all over the place!
My favorite things to cook
I love to make healthy food for my family. My daughter has decided to be vegetarian and I'm trying to make sure she learns how to cook healthy meals for the nutrition she needs.

Cool Cucumber Salsa
Yum!!! We all loved this recipe! I did add an extra shake of sea salt, and three jalapenos instead of one. Definately a keeper! Thank goodness I planted extra cucumbers this year!!
