Spring Salad
Fantastic!! Delicious and pretty too. I made this salad to take to a potluck. I kept the almonds and bacon pieces in a separate bag and the dressing in another container and mixed everything just before serving. Everyone raved about this and kept coming back for more. I have made this several times for my family since (1/2 since it make quite a lot). I boil water and throw the broccoli in for about 30 seconds and then plunge it in cold water. Make the broccoli a vivid green without "cooking" it.

Baby Back Ribs
This is a great method of precooking your ribs to tenderize them. Once I complete this recipes I always add more sauce and grill them for a few minutes on each side if weather permits or broil in the oven if not. The additional cooking takes this from a 4 star to 5 star. The secret is the bbq sauce, if you don't have a sauce that you absolutley love as is I would make alterations to the recipe as other reviewers have done. I love Bullseye and Cattleman's bbq sauces as is so I make no additions. My family and friends love it when I make these ribs!
