This was a good recipe. I did make some changes too. I added a cup of shredded carrots. Instead of using 1 cup of oil, I used 1/2 oil, 1/2 canned pumpkin. I added 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg and 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom and then the zest of one lemon. I changed the sugar to brown sugar. The crumb topping suggestion was delicious!
