Breaded Parmesan Chicken
I enjoyed the simplicity of this recipe and that it was baked in the oven rather than fried. I served it with a spinach salad. We have sliced the leftover chicken for sandwiches. Be careful not to overcook the chicken.

Rhubarb Custard Pie IV
I made this pie for company and they enjoyed it very much. I served it with whipped cream. Next time I will try it in a tart pan or lower sided pie plate. I will definitely make it again!
