Blackened Chicken
This was fantastic, the only problem I had was all of the smoke from blackening it, all of the spices that came up from the smoke, was making me cough for a while.

Busy Day Chicken
One of my easy things is cooking a whole chicken in the crock pot. My husband loved this one. I set it on some tin foil balls.
