Apple Strudel Muffins
These are absolutely delicious! We had tons of apples from our backyard tree and ended up freezing batches of them. I used frozen apples but would not recommend them. The frozen apples left holes in the muffins and they didn't look so good but they were still great tasting. Added walnuts to one of the batches because we love walnuts and they were good but not a huge improvement on the original recipe. We froze the muffins for Thanksgiving morning.

Grilled Marinated Swordfish
My husband's favorite fish is swordfish but I have never been able to eat it. This marinade is teriffic. The swordfish was delicious even to me. I put everything in a ziploc bag and smushed it around during the marinading time. Toss the bag away, no cleanup. Love this recipe.
