Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie
Coconut Cream Pie is one of my faves,and this one yummy recipe! As some reviews suggested I did use coconut milk 1 1/2 C and 1 1/2 C half&half. I got whipping cream to make real whipped cream for topping ,but this pie was so good, it was eaten before the whipped cream got made :) I will be making this again and again

Empire Biscuits
These cookies are wonderful! I didn't change a thing. They were a big hit at Christmas dinner.

Cranberry Orange Cookies
My husband loves this cookie so much he would not let me put them out for party guests. I used orange flavored crasins that I had on hand chopped them and they worked great. I will make these often.
