Pretzel Salad
This is one of my family's favorites that I have made for years. I use suger free jello and 1/2 the sugar in the cream chese. Today for Fathers Day I decided to do 12 individual ones so I used my ramekins . Follow the recipe, for the ramekins I used 1 Tbl of pretzel mixture, 1 Tbl of cream cheese mixture and fill to the top with jello. Had enough for a 9x9 dish to finish it off.

Perfect Berry Shortcakes
Oh My Goodness this is the best shortcake I have ever made. I made the dough just like it said and it was so easy. I did use a biscuit cutter to cut it out though. Perfect. This is my last search for shortcake,because it is the only one I will make from now on

Irish Soda Bread
Oh my goodness this was so easy to make. It tasted wonderful too, thought I was back in Ireland. When I took it out of the oven I rubbed butter over the top and sides, so the crust wouldnt't be so hard. I served it at my St.Patricks Day dinner party and everybody Loved it. Was great toasted for breakfast the next morning. I will be making this again and again Thanks for sharing
