This is VERY sweet but oh so good! I made it for a baby shower at work and everyone loved it. I will definitely keep this to make it again.

I make this for Christmas every year and from what I've been told it's the first to go out of all the breads I make.

Cranberry Orange Bread

This braed tastes great, but the batter is very sticky and somewhat hard to spread evenly. Rated on tasted alone, I'd give it 5 stars.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
This bread tasted awesome!!! I haven't made banana bread before so I don't have much to compare it to, but it was great nonetheless. One note...this makes A LOT of bread so be mindful of that before you start.

Blueberry Lemon Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
This tasted good, but the blueberries fell to the bottom, even after flouring them. Hmmm..I wonder if there's another trick to keeping them in the bread instead of on the bottom.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2008
This tasted good, but it has a wierd spongey texture, I think due to all the pudding. I prefer a dense moist cake, not spongey. I probably won't make this again.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2008
I made this with Corrine's (10/2006) suggestions and my fiance' said "This is how beef stew should be...this blow's my mom's away!" So..it HAD to be good. Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely make again. Would have givin 5 stars, but since I didn't follow the recipe exactly I didn't think that would be a fiar representation. Served with 'JP's Big Daddy biscutis' from this site.

Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie From Nestle® Nesquik™

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2008
This was really good...only reason I give it four stars is b/c it was nearly impossible to get out of my pie plate...and I think it may be ruined now. I used the deep dish pie plate from pampered chef so the plate itself could have been the problem Could have been my fault too. As for the pie itself, I used more ice cream and peanut butter than called for and didn't add the peanuts or put the cookies on top. It was perfect with Recee's peanut butter chocolate sauce and a dollop of whipped cream.

Grecian Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2008
My fiance really liked this, but it was a little to tart for me. I'll make again, but not use as much lime juice or not marinate for as long as I did (overnight/24hrs)

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Very easy and very good! The pork absolutely just fell apart. I added some juice from the crock pot and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce when I was done and served it on toasted buns. I will definitely make again!

Mini Cheesecakes I

This was fantastic. I made it for a work party and everyone complimented me on it. Only change was I used butter and graham cracker crumbs for the crust. Used low-fat cream cheese and sugar-free charry pie filling.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2007
I used a "Turkey Breast for London Broil", threw in some onion mushroom soup mix and some low sodium chicken broth. Cooked it on low for 10 hours and it turned out really dry, but I won't fault the recipe for that since I didn't use a full turkey breast...I'll just need to adjust the cooking time in the future. However, the 'london broil' shredded really well so shredded the whole thing, put the shredded turkey in a tupperware and poured the leftover juices on top of it. Although it's still a little dry for my liking, it tastes great. Would be great with mashed potatos. This recipe is a great starter, easily adjustable to suit your taste. Thanks!

Chocolate Cherry Cake II

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2006
This cake is great! Very moist! I was a bit skeptical b/c the batter was so thick, but it turned out nicely. I used dark chocoalte cake mix and dark chocolate frosting. I didn't have almond extract so I substituted frangelica liquor. Cooked in a bundt pan for 45 minutes and when it was cool I drizzled melted chocolate frosting over the cake. Was quite a hit a work! Will make again!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2006
I haven't served this to anyone yet, but I really like it. I would definitely make it again, esp for a dessert-type dish when I have company over. I doubled the recipe, except that I added less powdered sugar. I think it may have been too sweet if I used all the sugar called for. This tastes a lot like choco chip cheesecake when you use graham cracker sticks to dip into it. MMM! I also didn't bother making it into a ball. Just put it in a bowl and sprinkled the nuts on top. Looks and tastes great!
