Swiss Sherry Chicken
I scaled this down for two servings and followed the recipe to a "T." It was a big hit with my husband and I'll definitely make it again for company!

Baked French Fries I
These potatoes were horrid and had to be thrown out--they were so black! Perhaps I have to accept some blame as I doubled the quantities of oil and spices but the potato I had was so large I decided it was the equivalent of two. We're enjoying our ribs tonight WITHOUT potatoes. Too bad!

Coffee Date Bread
I baked this bread as muffins--12 of them, and they are delicious!!! Baked the muffins at 350 for about 30 minutes.
