Make-Ahead Turkey Gravy

This was excellent. I made it for Thanksgiving, and this was the first year I had enough gravy for all the leftovers.

Mediterranean Vegetable Stew

I LOVE this recipe. Be sure to add the Kalamata olives. They add just the right zing.

Hearty Lentil Soup

We enjoyed this soup. I didn't have any barley, so I doubled the lentils. Can't wait to try again with barley.
