Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
just made them...and they were delicious. i added more salt b/c that's how we like them. i think i probably had them in for closer to an hour. i just kept watching and tasting them until they were the crispiness that i wanted.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
We did not care for the flavor of this recipe at all. I will not make this again. I agree with another review that it may be better flavor for a beef roast instead of a pork loin. Having said that I will add that it was perfectly cooked & tender in 3 hours on high in my corck pot. Along with the pork, I cooked whole yukon gold potatoes and they were perfectly done as well.

Chicken Pasta Salad
Thir recipe is delicious. It makes a huge amount. My hubby and I ate it twice, and I gave a big container to my neighbor. Wonderful as is and I am not a huge fan of curry. I did add more mayo when serving it as leftovers.
