Baked Stuffed Tomatoes

These are wonderful if you use fresh, out of the garden, tomatoes. I also used cornflake crumbs and butter instead of bread crumbs.

Sweet Dill Pickles

These are outstanding. Easy to make. I have never had sweet dill pickles before and thought I would try them. Glad I did. Eveyone raved about them. I added 5 cloves of garlic and that added the another flavor to them.

Bacon Water Chestnut Rolls

I served this at a party and what a hit!! It's an old time favorite with a wonderful twist.
