Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast
This recipe was easy. I would recommend slicing the cranberry sauce and make sure that it melts down in the juices of the meat. Some of the sauce just stayed on the roast and did not melt into liquid like I thought it would. The flavor was satisfying and the smell was mouth watering. Also, I prefer to season my meat before putting the cooker. I used just salt & pepper. The pepper really brought the cranberry flavor. It was a nice touch.

Southwestern Style Fifteen Bean Soup
This recipe was very easy and smelled divine. I rated this three stars because no one in my household liked it. I was the only one who ate it & I thought it was pretty good. It does make a lot so prepare to freeze some or feed a big crowd.

Stovetop Bratwurst Dinner
This was so simple. Followed the recipe and put it on some wide egg noodles and it was great! Everyone thought this was very tasty and something different to do with brats.
