Rosemary Zucchini Sticks

These are great! Just as good as fried zucchini. I used garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper instead of rosemary, but whatever spices you like would work great.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

Yum! This was great. I tried another recipe a couple years ago and it wasn't nearly as good. I did bake it on a lower temperature for a longer amount of time to keep it from being overdone on the outside and doughy on the inside and it turned out perfect.

Creamy Italian Dressing I

Luscious Slush Punch

This was really good but it didn't taste great until the frozen block melted quite a bit. Next time I make it I'll only freeze part of it in ice cube trays so the flavors combine right away. Also I cut back on the sugar like other reviewers advised.

Apple Loaf

This was very good. I did make some changes that others suggested. I changed some of the butter to applesauce, used 1/2 brown sugar and added cinnamon. It doesn't have a strong apple flavor but it's good and even better the next day.

Baked Spaghetti I

This was really good and still tastes great after being frozen. I'm a vegetarian so I used TVP instead of beef and cut down on the cheese to reduce calories and it was still very good.

Scones

These tasted really good and were much easier to make than other scone recipes I looked at. The only problem I had was that the dough was so sticky I couldn't really get cut them into wedges. I will make them again though.

Best Ever Muffins

Very good. I seperated the batter into thirds and made banana nut, huckleberry, and strawberry jam muffins someone else had suggested. I also made streusel for the top. Everybody really liked them and having a variety, without having to make 3 dozen muffins, was nice.

Mushroom Burgers

Very good! I used steak sauce instead of oyster sauce like someone suggested. It did fall apart so next time I'm going to try chopping up the mushrooms. The larger slices seemed to be what made it fall apart.
