Apple Cole Slaw
This was just "okay" and I usually really love sweet cole slaws. Unfortunately, this was just TOO sweet and contained WAY TOO MANY apples. I made this for a barbeque I had and it was the only thing that was leftover (and the men I know don't usually leave ANYTHING...). If you decide to make it, be aware that the red bell pepper and the abundance of apples really dominates the taste!!!

Praline Sweet Potatoes
This recipe was great! Not good for dieters but has an amazing taste and texture. I will make this for every holiday meal as it was a HUGE success at Thanksgiving!

Stuffed Acorn Squash II
I'm surprised so many people liked this recipe. I do a lot of cooking and I've got to say that these tastes just did not go together. Although the filling was good on it's own, the sweetness of the squash tasted awful with the spices and cheese. My boyfriend couldn't even finish it, and that's saying something. Sorry, I've got to give this a thumbs-down!
