I just finished my "test" batch and these get an A++! Plan to serve these with a mix of fresh fruit to finish off lunch at our church's womens meeting. I did follow the advice of others and use icing sugar to make the glaze, and added just a drop of green coloring. These are SO refreshing!!! Can't wait to see how they go with my favorite blackberry tea!

We served this to over 120 guests at our church's ladies tea and got rave reviews with plenty of recipe requests. The only alteration we made was to use small cups for individual size servings. This is a definite keeper!!!

I used this to ice the top of a pumpkin bread that was warm from the oven (cut the recipe down to fit). Yummy!!!! Maple icing is my favorite and I will definitely use this again.
