i made this for xmas party full of brits who never knew crab could be so tasty. being from the mid-atlantic region, i miss having crab dip and crabcakes on every menu! absolutely wonderful...

Crab Imperial II

god, i love my crab imperial. people in the UK just don't get crab like us folk from the mid-atlantic coast of the U.S. thankfully, i can still get good white crabmeat here, although it's very pricey. so worth it tho. we ate this guiltlessly while doing the low carb thing.

Chili Dog Casserole II

i'm giving this recipe a high rating simply because it's a great use for leftover chili (which you always get when you make chili). plus, i have a childish love of hot dogs. great for kids as a treat other than proper food.
