Fruit Dip II
I used some suggestions from this site and added a little vanilla and sugar. Next time I think I'll use a little less cream cheese as the flavor was pretty strong, but it was all eaten and I was asked for the recipe!

Pita Chips
Turned out great - at first they were not getting crispy after 10 minutes in the oven, but they hardened right up after I pulled them out to cool. Thanks!

Pecan Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Cream Cheese and Broccoli
Excellent recipe - I left out the onions and used a little more garlic. I also used italian herb bread crumbs and a little parmesan cheese. Perfect with baby broccoli with a little lemon!
