AMAZING! SO GOOD! I made these exactly to the recipe (although there was no specification as to how much batter to use per cookie.) I used a heaping tablespoon of batter for each cookie and baked them for about 13 minutes. I made the icing and drizzled it over the cookies with a spoon. I will probably make them again very soon and I may omit the frosting or make half with frosting and half without (I liked it better without, but a lot of people loved the frosting).

I really liked this recipe. I made a few changes to it to suit my taste, but overall I think it's great! A very good way to get unsuspecting people to eat tofu.

Maybe it was because i made some substitutions, but this just didn't come out good at all. The pancake fried up nice and golden brown on the first side, but the second side had trouble cooking. once I got it cooked, the middle was all goey. I don't know what went wrong. It just wasn't good at all.
