My stepfather has been cooking turkeys in a bag for as long as I can remember so when it was finally time to do my own well this was the recipe I chose. I grabbed a cheap remote thermometer that you leave plugged into the turkey which made figuring out when to pull it out very easy. For my first turkey I was very happy to hear people saying "wow this is really good and moist."

When I prepared this recipe it called for 3 sticks of butter. One of my thanksgiving guests saw me add them in and the shock factor was enough to start the comments. They turned out amazing and people were saying how great they were, but you may want to play around with using a little less butter. (Or do it when there aren't any guests around).

The entire dish was finished, people were even saying I shouldn't want to eat anymore but how about one more serving of Macaroni and Cheese.
