Creamy Potato and Leek Soup

Very yummy! My husband loved it warm and didn't even noticed the cottage cheese, which he normally hates. I loved it cold because I could taste all the different flavors.

Easy to Remember Pie Crust

I used only the amount of honey in the recipe and found it just the right amount of sweetness. It was a bit dense and refused to cook all the way through, but that may be due to my error. I will try again and see if it is any lighter

Chicken Tikka Masala

This was extremely salty! We cut back on the salt in the marinade and I wish I had cut back on the salt in the sauce. So salty, we couldn't eat it. If we're brave we'll try it again and salt to taste.

Polly Welby's Excellent Chocolate Mousse

This was delicious, but it was difficult to get the right consistancy. If it is chilled to long it is very thick and not long enough it is too light. Still lovely.
