Please do not make this cookie recipe without the icing. The cookie is just a basic pumpkin cookie - nothing that special. But, add the icing and it pushes this cookie up to new heights. This will be the new annual fall cookie at our house. Everyone loved them.

Sausage Egg Squares

A great casserole for breakfast! If you let it stand at the end as suggested it cuts into squares very nicely. Nice taste and texture. Next time I will make it in 2 casseroles - one for adults (with the green peppers and chiles) and one without (for the kids). Would make a beautiful company breakfast dish or for a function - church brunch, baby shower, etc.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Very crumbly muffins. Topping was a disaster (this was my fault for not thoroughly reading earlier posts). Not at all to die for. Will not make again.

The Best Chicken Salad Ever

Chicken salad is one of my favorite dishes ever...thus I am very picky with my recipe choices. This recipe was AWESOME!!!!! It is the perfect combination of flavors. If you are from the southeast, I recommend "Jane's crazy mixed up salt" if you can get it at your store. Adds a few more very slight spices such as garlic, oregano, etc. It was good just with regular salt though. Thanks - great find!
