Please do not make this cookie recipe without the icing. The cookie is just a basic pumpkin cookie - nothing that special. But, add the icing and it pushes this cookie up to new heights. This will be the new annual fall cookie at our house. Everyone loved them.

A great casserole for breakfast! If you let it stand at the end as suggested it cuts into squares very nicely. Nice taste and texture. Next time I will make it in 2 casseroles - one for adults (with the green peppers and chiles) and one without (for the kids). Would make a beautiful company breakfast dish or for a function - church brunch, baby shower, etc.

Very crumbly muffins. Topping was a disaster (this was my fault for not thoroughly reading earlier posts). Not at all to die for. Will not make again.
