Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
This is not at all what I expected. The print hype made it sound fabulous, I found it to be OKAY. There simply is not enough flavor and I added cinnamon to the batter. Do cut the bake time down. My loaves would have burned after 45 minutes.

Mini Meatloaves
Good recipe. I wish there hadn't been so much liquid, will cut down on the milk. Followed the advice of others cut down on the sugar. Guess I was expecting a lot because of its 5 star rating.
