One Hundred Thousand Calorie Bars

I have had this recipe for years, but at my house it goes by the name turtle brownies. I also use pecans and prebake the crust part. Always a hit!

Basic Baked Spaghetti

Awesome! I too added my touch, with a can of petite diced tomatoes and juice, some additional italian seasoning, and parm cheese, also, I used a cheddar jack blend instead of plain cheddar. My family now protests when I try to make "just plain spaghetti".

Baked Potato Casserole

Great use of red potatoes! Very easy to make with stuff on hand one night, and everyone loved them, me especially! I saved the leftovers and hide them for myself for the next day. ;)

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

I followed advise and used corn tortillas, rotel tomatoes and black beans, and cooked the chicken in southwest seasoning, this was Awesome! Giving 5 stars to EKERR19 for the improvements, and 4 to the original submitter. Definately in the dinner rotation for Mexican night!

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Did the reverse layer thing another suggested, using 2 layers of the instant coffee and one of the soaked layers. Was very light and delicious, and got rave reviews from all who had it!

Chocolate Cappuccino Cheesecake

OMG!!! I took this one step further and added about 4 chopped heath bars into the batter, and sprinkled 1 more on the top before baking. Once cooled, drizzle with a melted Hershey's Espresso candy bar, and serve with whipped cream! TO DIE FOR!!! Tastes JUST like the one at Cheesecake Factory!

Artichoke Chicken

WOW! Tried this after having something similar at a catered wedding reception that I thought was good. This was WAY better!!! I followed the recipe exactly using plain artichoke hearts, and I did add 2 cloves of garlic to it. I have to say that my family are vocal of likes and dislikes, and this one went over with them ALL as a hit! Very simple to make and very impressive to serve to guests! Great recipe!
