I love wildlife, dogs, beautiful places and beautiful music, bad taste/toilet humour.. southpark etc. May grow up one day.. hope not. Roast filet of beef with wholegrain mustard and shallots. Steak pie All Indian and anything with Chiles New Year Steak Pie and Mince and Tatties. An 8lb butterflied leg of lamb, marinaded in Indian spices and slow grilled on the barbecue. Scottish beef and lamb dishes too. A self invented mustard based pasta sauce which, in appearance, tecture, smell and taste resembled vomit. I never saw these dinner guests again. Nor did I make the sauce again!
