Four star rating is with the changes recommended in the reviews - extra vanilla, 1/4 c less flour, double the sugar (and I used brown), and a touch more milk (didn't have cream) than called for. I also used the traditional way of making muffins (alternating dry/wet ingredients) to whip these up. VERY yummy and tender as ever! They got gobbled up in no time!

Boy I wish I would've read the reviews first!!! This was WAAAAAAY too sweet! Next time (and there will be a next time, the flavor is wonderful) I won't be adding any extra sugar - just let the peach juices and the cake mix sweeten it up!

These were easy to put together (not sure why people are having trouble with them spreading so?). They came out picture perfect after 10 minutes. Unfortunately they were more like tender crumbly cookies than chewy :( Not bad, just not what I was looking for. Thanks anyway!
