Good recipe. I don't use premade spices, so I used a homemade taco seasoning. I'm looking forward to tring it again.

YUM! I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I used half whole wheat flour because I'm a health nut like that. I also didn't have the Italian seasoning so I substituted with oregano, basil, and thyme. I used the dough cycle on my bread machine and then turned out on a floured surface and added just a tad bit of flour because it was still too sticky. Then I punched down and made a rounded square and let rise for an hour. I brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with some extra fresh rosmary I had. I then baked in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes and then 425 for 10 as another reviewer suggested. I sprayed with water a couple times to make the crust crispier, too. I think it's slightly on the salty side (and we like salt) so next time I'll cut back 1/4 tsp. I may even try making it into bread sticks. The would be awesome with some dipping oil. ENJOY!

Our family loves this recipe. We make it for dinner as much as we do for breakfast. I tend to change up recipes a lot, but this one is great just the way it is.
