I have made this meatloaf 3 times now and it keeps getting better! My boyfriend and I just love it. It also makes a world of difference if you use meat from a butcher rather than grocery store ground beef (although not always possible). I've tried a couple other meatloaf recipes using this website and I've ended my search...Thanks Stefanie for submitting!

This was my first roast to cook in a slow cooker and it was so easy!! I used Jack Daniels for the bbq sauce and it tasted phenomenal!
