Banana Cupcakes
These turned out fabulous!!!! I did as others suggested and replaced the shortening with butter, I used half & half instead of butter milk, I added a bag of choc chunks to the batter, and added a block of regular cream cheese to the frosting. I doubled the recipe and got 30 regular sized cupcakes and baked them for exactly 20 mins. I will be making these for Christmas!!!! Mmmmmm!

Meatloaf with a Ranch Twist
The flavor was very good but the texture was blah. It was too soft. I followed the recipe to a T. Sorry, I try to rate recipes fairly and this did not do it for us.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
I upped the coco to 1 c., used 1 c. stong brewed coffee in place of the water and baked it in a 9x13 pan at 350 for 40 mins. I made it into a "Better Than Sex Cake" it was a huge hit at work. I made the recipe again, with the modifications above, into cupcakes baked at 350 for 20 mins and these were my favorite. I iced them with Cream Cheese Frosting II from this site.
