Vietnamese Beef And Lettuce Curry
We were very pleased with this dish. I substituted curry for the cumin, used Rotel tomatoes and, after tasting, I added about a tbl more sugar. My family loved it and asked me to make it again soon. I served it with rice.

Curried Cauliflower
My husband loved this and requested it be added to our regular menu. I have prepared it as written (although I did add more curry powder) and also with chunks of chicken breasts to make it more of a meal casserole.

Spicy Grilled Shrimp
I made this exactly as written and it was delicious. My husband requested that I make it again soon and not change a thing.
