Homeschool mom of 3 beautiful girls. I love to bake in the winter, grill in the summer, and of course I love to cook over the camp fire. Some other favorites are slow cooker (easy!) and just trying whatever new recipe catches my eye for a challenge now and again. My mom made roast with potatoes, carrots and Yorkshire pudding on Sundays. My biggest triumphs are getting a decent meal and all five of us to the table all at the same time (OK - maybe not EXACTLY the same time!) The year I made pecan pie to take to my in-laws for Thanksgiving, and realized only after it was served that I had used walnuts!
