Amish Breakfast Casserole
I doubled this recipe...using turkey bacon and turkey breakfast sausage. I used 14 eggs and used a a whole 2 cups of mozarella in place of swiss, 1 1/2 cups mixed into the mix and then during the last 20 minutes I spread the rest of the mozarella on top. Very good recipe.
