Mom's Sweet Potato Bake
I tried this to see if I would want to make it for Thanksgiving dinner. I added some Allspice, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg to make the flavors more like Pumpkin Pie, since we're all on diets and won't be having pies this year. I substituted Splenda for the sugar, used Light Organic Brown Sugar, the new 50% Lowfat Butter, and No Fat Milk. It came out wonderful ... It is very creamy, velvety. I felt like I was cheating!!! I will definitely make this for Thanksgiving. Thanks for sharing.
