Cinnamon Swirl Bread
Tasted kind of dough like even though it was fully cooked. Even with double topping it tasted lousy. Not sure why so many raved about it. I'll stick to my yeast bread version which blows this away.

Italian Bread Baked on a Pizza Stone
After looking at a lot of the reviews and preparing the dough myself I had the same issue as many others, too liquid dough. The problem is the wording of the recipe, it looks like the egg is in the dough when it actually is for the final eggwash. So read this carefully and it will come out fine. It would have been helpful if the writer had seperated the wash ingredients by listing them as such.

Crispy Potato Wedges
Good, everyone liked. Don't add more spices because it doesn't look like it has enough! Added onion powder and paprika, very good.
