Cabbage Rolls II
These were the best cabbage rolls that we ever ate! After 30 yrs of marriage, my husband said that he never knew I could cook like this. Wow. Thank you!! I used half hot sausage, half lean ground beef, and followed the reviewer's suggestions for baking. For sauce, I used 1 can of V8 with the brown sugar & lemon juice as review suggested. Yum, what a keeper!

Pork and Veggie Saute
WOW! This is great, even my pork hating family loved it! I was looking for economical & used about 1 1/2 lbs cut up country pork ribs in the marinade. I added julienned carrot, 1 chopped onion, 1 generous cup mushrooms, chopped green and hot wax pepper & added hot pepper flakes for zest. Yum! thank you!

Blueberry Pie
WOW.. My husband declared this the best blueberry pie he's ever eaten in his whole life, and that even counted the great pies his grandma used to make. That's probably the highest compliment I've gotten in our 27 years of marriage! I too, used Stephanie's Basic Flaky Pie Crust recipe, and have also found my new crust favorite. What a combination... I think I'm going to enter this one into the fair for a first try this year. Thank you so much, Yum!!!
