Peppermint Brittle
This is pretty good! The only change I made was I melted 1 bag of white morsels and 1/2 bag of Andes Candies Peppermint crunch w/ 1 tsp shortening. Then added 15 crushed peppermints, should've added a few more. This does turn pink. After spreading on the baking sheet, I added red and green sprinkles.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Excellent! This was a hit at the 4th of July picnic. I used the idea mentioned earlier about using an egg slicer to cut up the fruit. It definitely saves time.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
We LOVE this dish. The sauce I made came out wonderfully thick. I made 1 1/2 servings of the sauce-didn't quite double it. Definately baste every 10 minutes. Thank you for this recipe!!!!
