Blueberry Crumb Bars
Wow ! These are great. I used butter instead of shortening, and added a 1/2 tsp. more cornstarch....as some other reviews suggested, They were DELICIOUS. I was afraid that they may be too crumbly to cut & bring to a party as bars, but they cut & traveled beautifully. Wonderful recipe! Thanks

Pecan Baked Scallops
Very nice recipe. I made them as a second dish with Easter dinner. I used 2 lbs. of scallops, all measurements were fine. very yummy.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake
*** WOW**** 5 stars, PLUS. Absolutely beautiful & delicious. I made this for Easter, it was perfect. My husband just had another piece for breakfast.... I made a 2 layer cake with 9" pans, butter cream frosting & chopped walnuts on the sides,. I cant say enough great things about this recipe. Thanks SAM.
