Banana Trifle
really really good- warning: eat right away---the whipped cream gets runny when left overnight.

Chicken with Mushroom Sauce
followed recipe except used chicken tenders---was really good but needed "something"---added a few shakes of garlic salt and that did it. will be making again and again!!
