Asian Chicken Salad
This was o.k. at best. it was a lot of work to put together, and the flavor was so-so. Everyone tried it, no one had seconds. Made as written- wont be making again.

Baked Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Style
What a surprise!! This is delicious and versitile, you can add ingredients just as you would with regular lasagna. will definiately make again soon. we are on a low carb diet, and this works!!!

Oaxacan Tacos
I thought this would be a refreshing change, but it was only o.k. I marinated the meat in lime and cilantro, grilled some, pan fried some. Neither was worth trying again.
