Festive Wild Rice
Good recipe after alterations. Be sure to season your rice and it is a family winner.

Italian Sausage and Zucchini
Great recipe. I use sweet sausage, roasted garlic and sweet onion tomatoes as well as adding a little italian seasoning. All my kids from 6 - 1 love it. Now that is a winner.

Fat Free Refried Beans
Awesome! The absolute best refried beans I have ever had. I used less water (checked consistancy as I added)a little less Liquid smoke and 3 garlic cloves. Awesome.
