I used to have a cake business and have made tons of cakes but this is the only chocolate cake that I make now. It is fantastic. Even though the recipe says to dust with powdered sugar (and you could just do that), don't be afraid to ice it. I have made it with chocolate, vanilla and cream cheese frostings and I get RAVE reviews!

This is a great recipe. My family and I love chicken and dumplings and I love that this has vegetables in it! I also made it for extended family and they raved over it!

I made this as is (I may have adjusted the baking time a little-I tend to pay attention to the food and not the timer!) but it was outstanding. I have passed this recipe on to as many people who will listen! Thanks for sharing!
