I have been searching for a recipe for Shrimp Burritos from Rubios restaurant. Love those! This is a reasonable substitute. I used sour cream instead of the yogurt/mayo mix; hubby and I enjoyed the spicy kick of the chipotle peppers but had to tone down the mixture for my kids. Also used the Best Spanish Rice recipe from this site in place of the version shown here, only because that is my tried and true spanish rice recipe. These burritos were very enjoyable and I would make them again.

We love lamb at our house and on the surface this seemed like it would be a yummy recipe. Not so. Personally I thought the marinade/sauce was too thick and sweet and obscured the taste of the lamb. Try the Garlic and Herb Lamb for an easy but impressive dinner on lamb chops or leg of lamb.

Excellent recipe which is good enough for company. I browned the meat and sausage then simmered the sauce on high in my crock pot so that I could finish last minute errands on Christmas Eve. I will definitely make this again with only one change for personal preference - 1 can of tomato paste instead of 2 (two cans seemed like a lot for my taste even as I was adding it). Thanks for a great recipe that was enjoyed by my entire family.
