About this Cook
I am in the undcr 30s club with a husband and an infant. I am a business professional who finds cooking time consuming especially after a long days work.
My favorite family cooking traditions
The appetizers at family gatherings are my responsibility. The must have are ham rolls and artichoke dip. So I have learned to do that very well.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
This was good and I would definitely make it again. I followed the advice of others and used double meat & soup, and a whole onion. To ensure that it did not burn I cooked it on low (8 hour setting) for only 6 hours. Cooked the meal for 6 hours and put it in the refrigerator for the next day (without the cream cheese). Warmed up the meal on the stove for dinner the next day and added about 8 oz. of cream cheese for texture. Next time I will probably use 2 small onions and fresh mushrooms.

Golden Pork Chops
Unfortunately, I made the mistake of cooking the boneless pork chops uncovered for 30 minutes before I realized it was suppose to be covered. Based on this mistake I think I dried out the chops...this always seems to happen to me. I will definitely try again, but based on my mistake it was not as hot as everyone else had mentioned.

Slow Cooker London Broil
Not a fan of the tomato & mushroom mixture. I also would prefer chuck roast over london broil. Won't be making again, but it was edible.
