Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup
Wow, so good and easy. I used leftover mashed potatoes which I made with butter, milk and sour cream....it naturally thickened the broth so I didn't have to use flour. I also used skim milk instead of half and half so I did 4 cups of broth to 3 cups of skim milk. Turned out great!!
