Baked Ziti I
Other than using mini penne, I always make this just as the recipes states. My boys will eat this several nights within a week and never complain. One of their all-time favorite dinners.

Cherry Chocolate Cobbler
This was easy and quite yummy for the time invested! Vanilla ice cream would have been perfect with this (but we didn't have any and no one would go out to get it!).
